Conference - Social inclusion of youth on the margins of society: more opportunities, better access, and higher solidarity

In support of the “Youth on the Move” and “European Platform against poverty” flagship initiatives, the European Commission (DG Research and Innovation) organises an evidence-based and policy oriented conference on “Youth and Social Inclusion”. 

The conference will proceed from the EU recent policy documents on youth and social inclusion and follows three axes in the discussions, proceeding from the Youth Strategy 2010-2018 aims:

• Creating opportunities: education, employment,
• Improving access: participation, support,
• Fostering solidarity: volunteering, youth in the world, social inclusion.
