The Strategic Review of Health Inequalities in England Post 2010 (Marmot Review) is looking for opinions and evidence to help improve its nationwide survey of health inequalities.
During the consultation period, the review team are hoping to consult a wide range of individuals, groups and organisations about the first phase of the review, and the work done so far by the different task groups.
The review team are also keen to learn about any examples of good practice and evidence of positive impacts in reducing health inequalities.
Feedback on the key themes looked at, the existing evidence gathered on health inequalities and the proposed interventions to tackle these issues will feed into the second phase of the review, due to report in September 2009.
The consultation period began on 22nd June 2009 and closes on 5th August 2009. Responses should be emailed by 5 August 2009 to Ilaria Geddes.
