Cities for Mobility World Congress 2010

4 - 6 July 2010

Stuttgart, Germany

"The importance of cities as living space for people is growing. More than half of the world population today lives in cities. Cities are the engine of economic and social development. They are also the places where the ecological and social challenges of the 21st century are particularly pronounced. Part of these challenges are also the growing mobility and the accessibility of our cities." says Wolfgang Schuster, Mayor of the City of Stuttgart.

"The event will be focused on economy-promoting mobility in cities addressing municipal decision makers, transport practitioners, researchers and civil society."
