The Summit conference will split into three tracks, focusing on the core issues that are shaping policy and practice in social housing today:• Financing and funding of social housing: What's working in the current climate?; successes and failures of different models in key markets
• Sustainability and energy-efficiency: What’s setting the pace in building environmentally sensitive communities for the future?
• The changing demographic: Social housing for the ageing population and other vulnerable groups
In addition, there will be keynotes and case studies focusing on issues such as governance, alternative regulatory frameworks and scenario planning.
