Working with Communities to Reduce Health Inequalities: Protecting Children and Young People from Tobacco

The conference presents the findings of peer-to-peer groups as well as those of the second-hand smoke intervention. It will also present two significant outcomes: firstly, policy recommendations for decision-makers at several levels, which are considered to be key tools in ensuring that tobacco control among young people is addressed adequately and in a meaningful way and secondly, a cross-cultural tool-kit, which is an important aid for health care professionals, teachers, peer mentors, families or and professionals working with young persons.Further information about the programme and registration can be found at:
